Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy.

The following terms are applicable to any product you purchase.

Your Return/Replacement Rights;

Shri Ayurveda Seva Sadan has a no-questions-asked replacement policy on certain products, subject to certain conditions as set out below. The terms may be changed by the Company whenever deemed appropriate.

• Replacement/Refund will only be processed if the customer reports the problem on the same day within 12 hours of the delivery time.
• We did not deliver the emergency product/any other product due to unavoidable circumstances.
• At Shri Ayurveda Seva Sadan we strive to deliver every order with utmost care and efficiency. Any order that could not be delivered as per the delivery schedule will be rescheduled to be delivered at a later date.
• If the Company fails to deliver the products within 7 days from the day of order placement, a refund will be provided for such orders. The refund process will start from the 8th day and may take up to 7 working days to complete. The refund will be processed through the same payment method that the customer had chosen while making the payment or as per the Company's convenience.
• Wrong product being delivered.
• If the wrong product is delivered to the customer, the difference amount will be credited to the customer's wallet provided the case is reported within 6 hours from the actual delivery time.

Rights to change your order;

• The order can be rescheduled by having a telephonic conversation before dispatch as per the customer's convenience.
• Product replacement is not allowed if the product is open/used.
• Product replacement is not allowed if the parcel has been dispatched.
• If the customer has placed a wrong order and wants to replace the product after delivery, exchange in such a case will be allowed only if the customer reports within 6 hours of delivery and is willing to bear the courier charges and the difference amount (if any).

Order Cancellation Rights:

• Orders once placed can only be cancelled before dispatch.
